Is it okay for me to buy food grade PVC hose from Aliexpress for my sink system?

So I'm buying all the things I need for my sink system in my van conversion(Seaflo pump etc).

Just wondering can I get away with buying hose on Aliexpress that has been explicitly marketed as food grade or should I avoid it?

It's just that the hoses on Aliexpress are much cheaper than Amazon but at the same time I'm worried that plasticizers are contained in the Aliexpress ones that will be absorbed into the drinking water.
