Missing Items from BF order

Very disappointed. Just received my BF order for the awesome sale of the build plates. Ordered 11 build plates, 10 of which were supposed to be in the order received today and only 2 were in the box! I knew the box felt light and maybe looks tampered with. I've never had an issue with a BL order before. Submitted a ticket just now but had to do so under "lost package" as they didn't have an option for this situation.

Has anyone else experienced this situation? If yes, what was the outcome. I've heard nightmares about support and my personal experience has been mixed. Worried since I have no way to prove the items were not received
