How are meds impacted if frozen?

I live in a very cold climate. Expecting my meds tomorrow via UPS but worried about the impact of potential freezing on my vials. I am going to try to get them asap from the front of my house but wondering if anyone has had experience with meds freezing and continued efficacy?
