What should I do? I'm already trying to let her go.

So, my ex-friend Carolina (13F) is really toxic and she just declared our "friend breakup" very rudely a few days ago. I am trying to recover as she had been my friend for two years but was just pretending the whole time and wasn't who she said she was. The first step was to get rid of contact, the next step is to try and forget about it, which I'm trying to do and trying not to think about.

However, she was following all my accounts, including the account of this person Frankie (15NB) where she said "Hi" to them. They asked what they wanted, and they got to talking. Eventually, they brought up me and she said she hated me, that she didn't care if I died, and that I was just her dumb dog anyway. Frankie then blocked her and told me.

I'm continuing to go no contact with her and trying to get it out of my head like I said, but what should I do about that?
