No c6?

Looked at calcs and it seems like he REALLY wants his c6 as well as c6 chev and bennett. I'll get his c1 from the hex selector and if he shows up second half thats a few more but like

Since hes getting a new hex set, how much worse is it really for c1 razor compared to c6 in his BiS team do we know? Is he still useable?
