Work requirements as a shy person

So my company recently started trying to get our team to be more involved and try to get us to connect with one another since we are mostly WFH. They want to highlight team members and have them submit information about their life, hobbies, etc just for the team to “get to know them” through a presentation. On top of that, team members are asked to submit comments about that person such as “____ is cool and always has good vibes.” Although a lot of people might like that, the thought of sharing my life to my coworkers and getting perceived feedback sounds like hell to me. Is that just me? Or is that an introvert thing? I’m literally dreading when it will be my turn and with how corporate culture is, I doubt I get to say no to this.
