Return 1800gsm Humane Blanks Hoodie?!

Bought a used one on a secondary app and let's just say the dude shrunk it. On the site its listed as 67cm even with a 3cm error that puts it at 21/22 inches when it should be 25 or 26 inches. Should I keep it? It looks kind of funny on me since the length is so short(like t shirt length).

It also has those like fleece balls all over the face lining of the hood, and a small amount of pilling on the waist. I could probably return but should I? I paid $80 and I can't justify buying from their site bc with shipping its $150 and they take ages to ship out. I can't believe their hoodies use to cost $80, and now cost $120. Crazy
