[TOMT] Help finding an animated Japanese song about a circus

I've been searching and can't find anything about it, I think it may have been taken down from youtube, and I tried finding it on Nico Nico.

The song takes place in a circus setting.
The girl is wearing a suit and has a staff with a red orb on one end.
It has multiple animation styles including pixel, 3D, and chibi.
I think she was wearing a comedy mask.
There was also a scene where she's playing herself in a game of chess I believe.
