I’m a student athlete (kinda)

Im a Jr in college and it’s my first semester at a new university where I am NOT playing sports. I want to transfer again because I miss playing college soccer (played dIII for 2 years). I don’t care about where I go but I’m confused on how I could get in the portal to transfer for soccer
