California resident:— where can I actually buy online?

Hi r/Vaping — I'm in California and I'm having a hard time buying a new device and flavored e-juice. I've tried several vendors, but none have worked out.

Could you please recommend reliable online stores that ship to California and actually deliver hardware and flavored e-juice?

Thanks in advance! Any specific store links, personal experiences, or tips would be greatly appreciated.
