No internet discourse pisses me off more than Vivziepop discourse.

I'm not sure if anyone else finds this relatable, but hear me out. When I first started watching Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, I really really wanted to enjoy it, but as both series went on, I just realized that I didn't really like the execution of the ideas which led to me dropping both shows; HOWEVER, despite that, I end up defending Viv from her haters like 99% of the time, because people complain about massive non-problems like, "If your favorite character is Valentino, you're a pedo!" or "Making rapist characters hot and funny is glorifying SA!" There's so much to critique in the show, yet people always dive in to the most tired topics that aren't even a part of the problem. Some haters even go to the point of "fixing" the character designs in a way that COMPLETELY misses the point. Which is egregious, since it's widely agreed upon that Viv doesn't know how to design characters well, yet you still have arrogant people who claim to have done better while ignoring their roles and personalities in the actual shows.
