Hello! I'm Eric. This subreddit has definitely been my favorite way to engage with online dating in 2025. I've definitely met some cool people here, but I'm still looking for the one!

* Snipped in 2023, childfree, never married, 5'6"
* Liberal political views (voted for Mamdani)
* Life safety engineer (fire protection)
* Gym frequenter as of July (still going strong!)
* Animal lover (please send me pics of your pets if you have any!)
* I love building computers and keyboards
* Shows I like or am looking forward to (in no particular order): Severance, Pluribus, Chainsaw Man, Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer, Frieren, House, Apothecary Diaries, The Odyssey
* Video games: Silksong, Ghost of Yotei, God of War, Dispatch, Deltarune, Signalis, Ultrakill, DOOM, Balatro, "friendslop" games like Repo or RV There Yet, Metroid Prime 3
* Music: Mostly video game OSTs lmao but I do like a lot of different songs. I've seen Phish live with my brother, that was fun. I go to the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds concert every time they visit NY. I thoroughly enjoyed the Miku Expo concerts.
* IRL Activities: Escape rooms, museums, movies, trips to the beach, exploring the city, biking in the park
* I'm California sober (I don't drink alcohol but I am 420 friendly)

About you:

* Looking for a monogamous, long term relationship
* Living in a blue state, or flexible enough to relocate to one in the future
* Career motivated
* Empathetic, kind to service workers, genuine
* Enjoys voice chats on discord

If we sound like a potential match, shoot me a message!
