For those of you who know a bit about “extreme throat infections”, what’s going to happen here?

Is it a bad idea to have him sing the rest of the Copenhagen shows, risking his healing for Berlin? Will he sound different? Will he even have fully healed? Do you think the Berlin shows are at risk? How long do these things last with the proper treatment? I may seem self centred in these questions but I do love Thom and wish him the best but I also love not loosing thousands of dollars.
