DND5E - Creating a sacred City

Hi! i need help with the creation of Amon-Nîf, the city of temples. In my kingdom called Randuin, the religion above all is helm, protector of the realm. Through the centuries, the church of helm gained enough power to regulate and have under its wing other temples related to knowledge, like the church of mystra and azuth (the god of spellcasting).

In Amon Nîf, there's a place for a lot of gods. But not all gods have a temple. So i was wondering: If you had this huge city of temples, what gods of the forgotten realms pantheon would have a temple, which would have a sanctuary, which would have an altar and which wouldn't even be there?
