How do u treat hairfall as guy in college

Help

So for starters, I'm a freshman who's staying in a hostel near my college, and so we really don't get the necessary proteins for hair growth in our meals plus apparently the bathing water here is coarse/hard, I'm not sure if that impacts hairfall or not. My hair is pretty thin, it easily falls off, it's black but there are no signs of baldness or anything like that although as an early teen I did have a case of alopecia areata, it's been years since that happened and now my hair is relatively healthy. But I'm still struggling with hair loss, dandruff, and I also want to grow my hair out but it has literally been the same length for 6 whole months. So please, folks, suggest me something good. Ohh yeah I also shampoo + condition my hair alternatively in a week, oil it b4 sleeping, and put a hair serum after shower. Lemme know if I can do some more.
