Car merged into me on beltline - what to do?

TL;DR: Car in the lane next to me merged into the side/back of my car as I was about to pass them. There wasn't a good place to stop and I lost the other driver soon after. I don't see any visible damage on my car luckily but I don't have a dash cam and no info about the other driver.

Anything I can do about it?
