Jenny was insufferable in season 3 but so was Serena

I’m doing my seasonal rewatch for like the 8th time and season three has to be my least favorite. First, it was because I could not stand Jenny and her bratty tantrums. Her wannabe Queen B clearly did not work in her favor. However, Serena’s daddy issues is seriously overlooked this season. She desperately wanted her dad back in her life that she did not care how in love Lily was with Rufus. She quickly forgave her dad for abandoning them and only cared about her feelings. Typical Serena always thinking about herself, but this time she took it too far and basically breaking up her mother’s only love of her life. All for a “big happy family” that wasn’t meant to be.
