Is 200lbs on supine bench good?

Exercise Advice Request

For reference, I'm 18, ~190lbs, and 5'7-8 (changes sometimes due to spinal deformity). I've been training for about 1.5 years, and have been on testosterone for 6 months. I've generally seen a lot of muscle growth, especially once I started T, but I feel like it's been lacking in my chest.

I train my chest just as much as any muscle, yet there is barely any definition, even while flexing. It's making me a little anxious due to me planning to have top surgery within a year or two, and I know chest muscle can make a huge difference when it comes to aesthetics.

The reason I use the supine bench is because my gym ONLY has smith machines and no bench presses. When I've tried the smith machines in the past, I never feel the burn in my chest like I do with a chest press or supine bench.

I'm starting to think I'm falling behind, especially with how long I've been training and it's kind of getting to me. I'm not sure if I should increase how much I train my chest or not. I feel like everyone I know sees me as someone who always knows what they're doing in the gym, but honestly I've never had a trainer or assistance from anyone before, so I'm not exactly sure if I AM doing the right stuff or not.
