Best Buy kanata

I had come to pick the order at Best Buy today 7pm waited until 7.45pm. The customer service was pathetic 

The Indian lady supervisor was the worst she went in to get my product but came back and told me it’s not available after 20 mins and passed me to another Indian guy who went and got me a wrong product and was telling me he would get me a discount if I take it

Then I said I don’t need it as it won’t fit he went to counter to process my return and made me wait for another 20 mins and he didn’t know how to process the return so just walked away and another agent comes to tell ‘ can you come later.’

Poorest service by these Indian guys that you have employed please teach them proper manners and customer etiquette 

All these while I had to wait patiently not a single person came to even say sorry or even say what’s the issue or whats going on

The supervisor lady was busy in chatting with all her Indian people standing in the queue didn’t bother to come and address the issue. She was trying to build her circle
