Wouldn't a Silent Hill iteration focused on the fragmentation of the teenage psyche be a perfect addition to the franchise?

General Discussion

(The story is just a concept or a prototype; I haven't thought about it at length, this is just the basic skeleton.) First of all, these are all my own ideas, though there may be some inspirations here and there. The story centers on a young high school or university student. It begins with the main character moving to Silent Hill with their family. The game concept revolves on the character confronting their Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and regrets from the past. This process leads to a fracture in their personality, changes in their relationship with their family, and ends with a complete transformation of the character. In short, I would personally like to see a game that addresses identity formation at a young age and multiple personality disorder. I think this implies a concept that would fit the series perfectly.
