How do y’all deal with jealous women?

Hey guys just wondering! I’m pretty and smart. Some women throw me shade and it makes me sad. It’s often ones who’s boyfriends flirt with me (and that is disgusting about those men and i always shut them down), i feel awful because I want the girlfriend to like me but she doesn’t henceforth. I had a girl stalk my social media and send me death threats.

In other scenarios, like professional settings, I realised men often help me out with projects or promotions etc (I’m not praising them and i know they mostly have hidden intentions), while less attractive women are always trying to talk over me in meetings or spread rumours. I love women. I don’t want to start drama or fights because I’m a very reclusive person. How do y’all deal with women making snide comments at you out of nowhere?
