All-Inclusive resort for honeymoon in Caribbean/Mexico

Hi there,

Getting married to my fiancé in mid-May. Looking to go to a resort in the Caribbean/Mexico for our honeymoon. Looking for a resort with plenty of activities to do there for 5-7 nights. Budget is around $5k (not including flights). We would love somewhere with swim-out rooms.

We will probably not drink much alcohol at all but want the food to be good. Any recommendations? Have already looked at Secrets Moxche, Atelier Playa Mujeres, and Excellence El Carmen.
