do you understand the basics?
what is an assumption? an assumption is something you know to be true, without proof.
KNOW WITHOUT PROOF.
All else follows.
so often i think we tend to do our techniques and then either look for proof, or forcefully convince ourselves to not do so. a lot of this heartbreak can be circumvented by just understanding that, an assumption implies that there might not be visible evidence right now. it could be a few seconds from now when you notice this evidence, but the evidence is not the goal here. the existence of the object of an assumption is not contingent on proof, at all. that’s the point.
when you make an assumption, an ACTUAL assumption (not just making a blank statement and then contradicting yourself) you imply that the evidence ALREADY exists in your reality, whether or not you are aware of it yet.
ofc the best way to solidify faith in ourselves and the power of assumption, we should look back on previous experiences (because, ofc, all things are due to our assumptions). think about a “failed manifestation” (one that went different than you wanted)…what assumptions did you hold at the time? maybe that “this may not work, so I should prepare for the worst case scenario”, “I’ll look for the evidence in the morning” “I can’t wait to get this thing in the future, because I don’t have it now!” Etc…
say you need to meet a friend. you go to sleep assuming that you will take your car because, cars can take you from point A to B, even if in that exact moment you don’t physically see a car taking someone else from A to B (bc you’re in your bed lmao).
an even deeper idea: you have no concrete proof that your specific car will take you specifically to your specific destination at a specific time and date (in fact, you have no concrete proof of anything). anything is possible, the car might be stolen the next morning or you’ll suddenly have forgotten how to drive, etc. despite the 1 million possible ways your car can’t take you to meet your friend, You assume it will.
