Res bugged?

Just yeaterday I realized that I couldn't see the res symbol on the minimap or the prompt to res teammates not squadmates. Eventhough I could hear the cry for res and the animation(hand reaching for help). It was confirm a bug as i saw other teammates eventually res the said player that I was trying to res. I was playung as assault btw.
