i’m the girl who can’t not overthink

My friends love to hang out and do stuff!! sure!!! i love doing that too!!! but i get way too overwhelmed sometimes and just want to have a day to myself!!! my friend called me this morning and asked if i wanted to go out this afternoon. we went out in monday, it’s wednesday now. normally that’s not an issue but ive been feeling sick so i said no. then i remember wait crap i’m going out tommorow!! what if they see an insta story and get mad at me!!! i guess im just worried that they’ll see a friends story about me going to see a movie and think that i don’t want to hang out with them, and trust me i do, i just have a raging headache and my stomach explodes every two minutes. This is such like a non issue but im so worried about it because i dont want people to think of me that way. i’m seriously about to explode am i overthinking let me know
