Anyone else struggling with motion sickness?

I will say before I start that I do occasionally get motion sickness and games but it's very rare it usually only happens in like first person games the biggest offender being Minecraft though there are settings I can change to make it better. I've never had an issue with any of the Pokemon games before which is why this is kind of surprised me this is also the first one I've played like on my TV versus the handheld I haven't tried playing at handheld yet so I'm not sure if that will make a difference.

I only just got off the game and I was playing it for maybe a few hours like 2 to 3 hours maybe? When I started getting like a horrific migraine I thought it was just like a general one because I'm prone to them but the medicine didn't work and only after getting off the game a few hours later I felt better I am worried to play the game again in case it does it again but I'm also very upset because I was really excited to play this game and I want to play it more but I'm not quite sure what to do I tried looking it up and I found a few posts about people talking about motion sickness from this game but not that many. I found more people talking about motion sickness from scarlet and violet which I've played that one and didn't have a problem

So I'm hoping maybe some people here might know some ways to come back the motion sickness or if anyone else has had this problem with this game yet I really just want to play the game it's a lot of fun
