Whirlwind Barb question, please help

Can somebody please link me a build for a whirlwind barb that does not run out of fury quickly. So I can just spin to win forever :).

Can you also please explain the gameplay for it, what shouts should I use prior to and during the spinning.

I’m a beginner Diablo player but played years ago and loved spin to win barb build. But I quit because the fury would deplete so quickly and then I had to build it back up again to spin again.
