I’m looking for someone to take over my room in an off-campus apartment near UB North Campus. I barely stay there myself (I mostly live with my boyfriend), so the room is almost unused.

About the apartment (3 people total): • Private bedroom (your own room) • Private toilet (only the shower is shared) • Shared shower/bathroom • Shared kitchen • 2 student roommates • Very quiet & respectful • They’re away most of the day and come home mainly to sleep • 4 minutes by car to UB North Campus • Rent: $450/month • Electricity split separately

Availability: • You can move in anytime • Lease runs until July

I’ve only slept there about 1–2 weeks total since moving in, so the room is clean and barely lived in.
