Coincidence or not?

Package has said “Pre-shipment label created” since Nov. 18th. Today I submitted a search request for it and just checked out of the blue to see if it still said “Pre-shipment” and now it says it will be delivered Friday lol. Didn’t get any updates from my search request cuz I just submitted it today; was it coincidence or y’all think it actually worked? I know it’s the holidays but I bought from a store that’s like 40 minutes away so I was getting concerned if it was lost or something…
