Adjustable bed

My mom has an adjustable bed frame with a memory foam mattress. She needs a bed rail for it mainly to have something firm to hold on when she is getting in and out of bed. I can’t find anything that is compatible with an adjustable bed. There are plenty for hospital beds but that’s a different set up. Any ideas?
