Working on "محجرة" in algeria advice

So i want to ask people who are on same field and not random ones , when you work on "محجرة", like the desk job where you make tickets and sell the products, what is usually the normal daily hours and monthly hours , so i can compare them, and for experienced people, what is the cons and pros you saw from it .
