Yall I need help

I play on play station and since this new chapter started on Saturday my settings have been out of wack and I haven’t been able to change them back. Now instead of using L1 and R1 for switching between weapons and builds I have to press TRIANGLE?!?!?! WTF is that and to pull out my axe I have to hold it?!?!? EWWWWW someone help me what is this?!?! I also can’t change the position in which I have my inventory like my guns on the left starting with AR, shotgun, SMG, Special item (schockwave, sword), healing item. Now it’s just whatever it chooses to be? I also struggle to switch between shooting and building! Idk maybe this is new and for everyone but it’s made me not want to play anymore! Can anyone help me out?
