Bumping/vibrating feeling from the back while driving

So I drive a 2017 Toyota gr86 860 special edition and went off the road a lil bit in heavy snow and after hours later driving home from work noticed it’s a little bumping while driving in lower speeds but once up at 50-60 you can notice it’s bumping shakey or vibrating a little bit and 70 it’s there what part or parts should I replace or fix so lessen or get rid of
