First date

I met this man on bumble. He is like 30 years older than me. Seems genuine. He wants to take me out for dinner into the city, I agreed. The only thing is I need to find an outfit and my hair is an issue😂. He told me that he can pay for whatever to make me feel comfortable and ready to meet him. How do I bring this up? Also he told me that he would pick me up from my house but I don’t want that anymore just for safety issues. He told me he would uber me into the city but that is $$ and I lowkey feel bad for him doing that. And I don’t drive. What should I do? Meet him at his house before like i’m stuck.
