Recently got a job offer as a Firmware engineer in Puchong. Need advice or any insight about the company culture / career progression.

Just for context, i got an offer as a Firmware Engineer in Puchong. I think people can guess the company. Pays above average for a fresh grad. Just wondering if anyone has any experience or stories with the company, how the work culture is and about the career progression?

I'm really passionate about the job, its the only position i searched for after university. Wondering if its possible to be a senior after 3-4 years?
