Has anyone read these for bookclub?

I'm deciding between the books: Local Woman Missing by Mary Kubica, and Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney. I wanted a good mystery but it's hard to tell if either of these will have good talking points. Any notes? Thanks!!
