Took in a kitten from outside, I don't know where to go from here

Hello, I trapped a kitten that's been staying all alone in my shed and I plan on keeping it or giving it to someone but I need it to trust me first. Currently I have a blanket, boxes, food and water set up in my bathroom for it. I cant use any other room as this is the only one I can keep my other cat out of. I need to know like exactly what I should be doing to get it to trust me enough that I can let it out without stressing it too much. Thanks!
