Map Making

Does anyone know of any good way to create a map for the game? Is there any intuitive tools out there that allow you to use game assets / add additional assets to make maps for adding new region or even to add a map overhaul for a fully custom build? I am interested in possibly making a map that’s reflective of my region. I would prefer it to function for build 42 as that’s the build I play regularly.
