Do Dashers drop off just single food containers?

So the title might sound weird, but I just had someone claiming to be from door dash knock on my door, but all he had was like a single container with what looks like Chinese food in it. It didn't even look like a container from the Chinese place either, although there might be more than the one I know of in town. That was red flag number two and red flag number one was the fact he knock on the door. I don't know anybody in my trailer park that likes the dasher knocking on the door. Theres only 8 trailers and it's been the same 8 for years and this is the first time a dasher knocked. Maybe I'm overthinking this, but it just seemed weird. Especially after someone almost entered my home the other day and claimed he was called for some cardiac thing.
