Late Game Burnout (The Island)

Im at about day 50 in-game with mostly normal rates (except breeding which I made really fast) and the truth is, its starting to suck. I collected all the artifacts which was honestly the most fun ive had, and my biggest progress is blowing through gamma broodmother with a team of megatheriums.

My goal was to do the alpha ascension, so I spent hours finding level 150 rexes (thanks island level distribution) and mutate them to hell, and get a great saddle BP

but the truth is, this sucks, it really sucks. The cycle of farming eggs and eggs and more eggs to slowly inch up the mutation counter is genuinely the most unfun gameplay loop ever. And even an apprentice rex saddle BP I found takes way too many materials in my opinion. And the worst part is that this team cant rush every boss...

Enter: the dragon. I'd have to do this all over again with therizonsaurs for one fight. (Yes one fight, because there's no way im beating the snow cave again!)

So, I'm thinking of changing maps, and playing with increased maps because this whole breeding and saddle grind is not for me!

Therefore, does anyone have any map suggestions? (besides scorches earth since i beat that one)
