Attention Spams

I have a question? Do people care about attention spasm during playing multiplayer compared to Redsec, I have a friend who says when I play multiplayer, I can't focus on the game due to sound and thinking what my strategy is to do in the game as its chaotic but he says redsec has better teamwork, more time to chill and focus on the task. I'm pretty sure with multiplayer, you deal with teamwork and the objectives if you play with your friends.
