Millwright CoQ

So I have bachelors degree and also a master degree in mechanical engineering. And Im working in plastic manufacturing company as a maintenance engineer. I’m looking to get an industrial millwright license through trade equivalence. The problem that I m facing is that my company don’t have any millwright from whom I can give my reference and also I have only completed 4 years of employment with the company. What should be I do so that I can submit my application? Thanks in advance
