Question about his following list

Hey everyone,

I matched with a guy on a dating app and we’ve been talking a bit. We’re supposed to meet eachother next week. Out of curiosity I went through his Instagram following list, and I noticed that the majority of the women he follows are K-pop singers, Korean influencers, and just generally a lot of Korean girls.

For context: I’m not Korean. I’m Arab.

I’ve heard people say that a man’s following list can reveal his “true type,” and now I’m wondering if this is something I should take seriously. He also seems really obsessed with anime and Korean culture in general since he traveled there last year.

Is this a red flag? Does it mean he only prefers a certain “type” and I should just move on? Or am I overthinking this?

Would appreciate any thoughts or experiences.
