Mods to stop movement stutter?

In vanilla I find that when moving without a weapon drawn, I find that there is a little stutter when stopping. Almost like the head bob comes to a screeching halt. I have the mod "Most 1^(st) Person Head-bob Remover plus No Camera Sway in 1^(st) Person SE", but it doesn't seem to fix the problem I'm having.
