I need animators

I need 3d animators for my youtube TV show. The pay for this is 0$ because the shows budget is 0$. (Unless it starts making money. If it makes money then payment will be discussed) direct message me on reddit if you are interested. I am planning 6 seasons with each season being 15+ episodes. Please note that I know nothing about animation so im sorry if there isn't very much information here. I hope to get an episode out every one or two months. If I need to put more info here, please comment it and I will add to this post. Thank you!
