[TOMT] Movie/show with someone stopping a suicide by a kill-pill, around 2010-now

Hi, this is probably super unhelpful and pretty vague, but it's a very specific thing I doubt happens a lot in film. I can't recall many details about this, but there are at least 2 characters (both male??) in the scene, and one of them is an enemy. It's some sort of interrogation, or capture scene, where the enemy is unwilling to give up any information, and the other character abruptly shoves their fingers down the enemy's throat. After they retract their fingers, a cyanide pill is seen to be the object they fished for. I know this isn't much to go off of, but if anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated!
