Stuck after unlocking 6 achievements in Fallout 4 Xbox App PC

Hey everyone,

I’m having a weird issue with Fallout 4 on the Xbox App PC (Game Pass). I managed to unlock 6 achievements without any problems, but after that, nothing unlocks anymore, even though I keep playing normally.

I’ve already tried:

• Logging out and back into Xbox Live
• Creating a new character and testing a small achievement
• Verifying and repairing game files
• Clearing the Xbox App local cache

Nothing works, achievements stay stuck from that point onward.

Has anyone else experienced this bug? Any solutions to unlock achievements on Xbox App PC without losing your main save?

Thanks in advance!
