I’m giving in and going to call the Dr in the am

I’m 11 months in and I’ve been doing amazing on my Wegovy journey. My insurance has me covered through a program called Caliberate and I titrated every dosage per month until I got to 2.4 in June. I’ve been lucky that my side effects went to non-existent, until last week. I recognize that too much sugar, fat, or grease will make me vomit. I puke up whatever is bothering me and move on. All of this past week I’ve been sick at least once a day, twice today. The food I’ve been eating hasn’t been bad and normally I can have ten fries, a few chips, etc and as long as it’s minimal, I’m good. After being sick this am and now tonight, I’m just going to call my regular dr in the morning to see what she thinks I should do next. Every tiny thing on Calibrate tells you to go to the ER, but they must not have copays because I’m not going to spend $$$$ for an iv or some shit. Has anyone else gone through this and what was your result.
