It is time: Make the gem bag actually hold all the gems!

This has been an ongoing thing for years. It gets traction every once in so often, then gets lost in the sea of other QOL stuff (very thankful we have so much QOL stuff being looked at that it has the ability to get lost).

The gem bag stores the original uncut gems (Sapphire --> Dragonstone) but doesn't store opal/jade/topaz/onyx.

With the release of sailing and salvaging providing gems that would be nice not to have to drop, I think it's finally time to upgrade the gem bag to actually hold all gems. Also just for the sake of continuity and making it feel intuitive.

I'm not sure if this is a coding nightmare (hopefully not). But if it is a fairly easy change, would love to see it polled/put in as QOL.
