Tested negative for strep

Tested negative for strep today so confused on what this is? They weren’t sure either. Put me on an antibiotic either way. Maybe a false negative? Not sure but I have body aches and a head ache as well. Started yesterday but it didn’t hurt yesterday but my throat hurts really bad today
